What is Work Focused Improvement®?

The mission of Work Focus Improvement® (WFI) is to present the full range of management and leadership subjects, skills, issues, and aligned business mechanisms.  Emphasis will be on pragmatic and proven material presented in a concise and graphic fashion.  The ultimate objective is to get the social (people / culture) and the technical (processes / tools) working in concert.  Work Focused Improvement® is socio-technical to the core.
